We may via our Payment Processor ask that payment card details or direct debit mandates you provide as part of a membership application, joining fee or subscription fee payment obligation is stored for the purpose of processing your application, initiating membership and collecting joining and membership fees including renewals. This information may be stored for later use whilst you are on any membership waiting list. We will store this data in accordance with our legal obligations and only for so long as permitted in each case under applicable law
You may choose to opt out of us holding your payment information. If you do we may request further payment details in order to complete your membership application and for you to pay any joining or membership fees or to pay for goods and services provided by Us.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where We are legally required to do so.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the website/app; any transmission is at your own risk.
